PASTEY BUTT??? Besides vasoline can I use triple antibiotic cream??

Thank you thank you for all your help! I will surely get through this..I got it cleaned all up last nite...realized I did have grit so I mashed it up thinner put it in there, and they are eating and drinking this morning..no poopy on butt yet.. But I will keep checking!!
