pasting up for the third time

one of my lil chicks is a smaller one who is about 2 weeks old now. I've been watching her in particular and it seems shes not eating as much as the others. She "pasted up" 3 times. Should I be worried? What can I do about it?

I had the same chick do that a couple of times last spring, and she's fine. I find you should worry more about the really runny poo.
