Pasty butt on Columbian rock

Hey all I have gotten 15 chicks that are Columbian rock, and I keep having issues with pasty butt.

What Are they eating? How hot is the brooder? Can they get away from the heat?

They are eating Purina medicated feed and yes they can get away from the heat.

Brooder is not that hot I can stick my hand on the shavings and just can feel the heat on the back of my hand.

This is my brooder set up, it is actually in my coop.

Around 91 to 93 degrees is where it is at on the bedding directly under the light.

I had this problem with chicks I ordered. Give them some scrambled eggs. fluffy eggs made with just a bit of water at the end. It works wonders.!
