Pasty Butt problem

My new shipment has had 5 fatalities out of 26 chicks. I have a couple with the pasty butt and I picked up the Pribios last night. They are still in their first week and I am curious as to whether I give them the Sav-A-Chik electrolytes and Priobios or one instead of the other. They arrived Wed of this week. Any advice is appreciated!
Stress from shipping this time of year is terrible. It is just too cold to ship in January in my opinion. Make sure that your brooder temp is not too high, measure the floor under the hottest part, and keep at 90, then drop to 85 in a couple of days. Make sure there is a cooler spot in the brooder to get cool if they are too hot. With chicks i usually chick them once a day for pasting, wash the vent under a sink with warm soapy water, and by day 10 there is usually no problem. Probiotics are something chickens can use once or twice a week all their lives, but I would only give the vitamin/electrolytes for a week or so.
