pasty butt?

My 6yo noticed that the austrolorpe was trying to poop, it seemed like it had pasty butt.
I wiped its bum w/ a warm wet paper towel.
I got the poo off, but it hasn't pooped, and it seems like it is trying too..
What should I do?

I think if you got the area "clear for take off"...she should be fine. You could give her a little plain yogurt too.
