These chickens are gorgeous, all of them!! I love the blue in the roo's feathers. I am not familiar with Partridge Rocks. I will have to read up on them. So much I don't know!!!

Agreed Welsummer. When our girls first started to lay they added LOTs of extra bloom that gave their eggs a frosty cast. After she's laid for a while, the color will even out and be a nice Terracotta. Congrats!

Our WS lays a very pretty dark brown egg with black speckles on it. Sometimes the speckles look purplish in color.
