Pay at pickup?

Anyone know of a place online where you can order chicks and pay at the post office or when they delivered. I have heard of people ordering chicks and paying at the postoffice when they arrived. Anyone know if this is true or not?

That would be C.O.D (cash on delivery). I'm not sure what hatcheries do that, if any. I know some eggbid sellers will, though. Just have to make sure it says so in their terms.

I have seen some hatcheries do C.O.D., but it usually costs extra.
