Celtic, do those SA's grow as quickly and as large as the pekins? And, I think I recall you saying that they lay as well, if not better. Also, do they pick clean when butchering? I'm debating on swapping out my pekins at some point in time.

They grow better, forage (IMO) better, pluck wonderfully and are the best egg layer for a heavy meat duck breed of them all.

nope all eggs, I list when I am offering boxes of hatchlings and it is always larger lots to keep them warm for shipping (usually 8-12)
