2 weeks is across the board. You have to be cleared to offer anything beyond 2 weeks regardless on what you put up.

yep, the initial 7 is just to get off the needing to have each one cleared as they happen. So if you do 7 PP and then 3 eggs you still have 7 more egg to get to 10 for spring and beyond eggs offers
