I thought in order to offer spring eggs you needed to have pictures of breeds,number of and age of breeds being offered and how many eggs of breed offered is owed. Some swappers dont have this.

In the past, when an offer was rolled back, the time count reverted to the last swapper whose offer is now up again, and the rolled back offer was NOT counted as one of the 7/week. Not really a new rule, just an adjustment to the way swaps are counted:

When an offer is rolled back, either voluntarily or by one of the moderators, the time will continue to accrue for the offer (swapper) that was rolled back until the next claim is made. At the point an offer is rolled back, EITHER the rolled back offer or the previous offer may be claimed by the next person. Every valid claim, even if it is rolled back, will be counted as one of the 7/week.

EXAMPLE:

4:20 PM - Madamwlf offers 6+ Jubilee Orp eggs
4:21 PM - KYTinpusher claims madamwlf's Jubilee eggs

and offers 6+ BBS Orp eggs
10:21 PM - KYTinpusher's offer is rolled back because no one wants her BBS Orp eggs

At this point, EITHER madamwlf's Jubilee Orp eggs OR KYTinpusher's BBS Orp eggs may be claimed
10:34 PM - CelticOaksFarm claims madamwlf's Jubilee Orp eggs and puts up her offer.

In this example, madamwlf, KYTinpusher, and CelticOaksFarm would all be charged with 1 swap for the week, but KYT doesn't get any eggs; madamwlf would have acculated 1 minute toward the 24 hour limit and KYTinpusher would have accumulated 6 hours and 13 minutes toward the 24 hour limit. (If COF had claimed KYT's BBS Orp eggs, then KYT would still get the Jubilee Orp eggs.)
