Oh no! Poor girls! I tell ya once it stopped raining so much and I rolled up the tarps more often it just happened. I hope your SFH do start laying, I would love to try that breed again.

so far from caj1985...out of 12 shipped eggs (11 made it to lockdown)...4 Salmon Faverolles and 2 Sicilian Buttercups! So I am at 50% hatch right now!
I candled the others when I took the hatched chicks out, and lost the other SBB and one of the Ark. Blues...so that leaves three AB's left, and of those I have one zipping, one pipped and the other taking it's sweet time, but still rockin and rollin in there!

Woo! Hoo! Come on Blues! I think these are the goofiest hatching eggs ever. Most of mine don't zip. They make a hole, peck around and expand it, and just keep pushing until they finally bust the egg and come out of the hole. It is really weird.
