If you haven't swapped previously you should be good for your first one. After that you will need to be cleared prior to claiming again. See the rules on page 1.

You might want to wait until the morning as all the thread admin MAY have gone to bed. But if you're within ALL the rules an have filled out the form you should be good to go. Though you have to be eared between each swap until you've completed 7.
