Yes you can. . You are on "restriction" for the 1st 7 swaps. After each swap, you need to be cleared by one of the mods of this thread to swap again. You cannot offer spring eggs until you have completed 10 swaps.

Boy, you guys have been having fun this morning! I just want to clarify something. In order to offer spring eggs, you must have completed 10 swaps of current eggs - paypal swaps do not count toward that total.
