Welcome! Yes, you may claim right away and offer current eggs. However, you must complete your end of the swap and have it verified before claiming another and also before the eggs or Paypal you claimed will be sent. This is only for your first 7 swaps, and then you may swap without restriction (at least within the rules in post #1).

If you are sending eggs for your end, a DC# showing acceptance by the PO is considered complete.
