Well at this point I would call that harassment !

Ditto, I hate it when city folks move to the country and then complain about the dust, flies, sounds the list goes on. We had neighbors that bought next to us because they liked living in the country and looking at the horses, but then summer came and they complained that there were too many flies at their swimming pool and tried to get us to feed our horses insectacides to kill the fly larva. Give me a break.

I'll throw in the neighbor's hounds that bay all night. LOL There are reasons that we live in the country. If you don't like it, move back to the city and listen to the trash trucks and sirens all night.
