I tend to skip over the articles about the nutrition of Silkie meat, mostly cause its a mental barrier that I've built and eating them SOOOOOO does not interest me?

But have they been proven to be healthier than other kinds of chickens?

I dont think I could do it myself (but maybe?). More than likely I would just have someone else do the deed. It really wouldnt bother me once they were plucked and everything. Provided it wasnt one I was attached to!

I suppose they taste the same as any other chicken.
