I converted my poop boards to poop trays and filled with 100% PDZ granules. From what I had read before converting, I never expected it to make the coop extremely Dusty. It does not appear that they are kicking it out or anything but it's just extremely Dusty in the coop now. Anyone else have this experience?

Yes, but I only use it in the run after torrential rainfall. My run is roofed, but but the edges can get wet and stinky bwtween cleanings. I use sand in my run and PDZ compliments it when necessary. I have never used it in my coops, but I can imagine the dust! If your coop isn’t well ventilated, then I would avoid using it, or use it sparingly while your flock is out of the coop. Construction grade sand is a better option, IMO.
