Peach peachicks not Cameo

Hi Everybody, Does any body have peach (real peach-peach) peachicks for sale?, as seen in the picture posted on this forum by DM farms texas I believe.Thanks for posting very informative picture .Real orange looking neck not the brown neck that we see on cameos. If so please post a few pictures for every body's understanding. Thanks

I think Leggs Peafowl Farm has pictures of the Peach peafowl. I think he and a fellow (Hubner) from my childhood home town North English, Iowa bred the peach color I think I read somewhere. Shocked me as I only knew of one person having a set of peafowl in the area.

Sid from texas peafowl has them as well.

Doug from Texas also has them.Both of these breeders are absolutely GREAT to talk with.And if you want PEACH,,you need to get on their list for them.Another thing,,Sid has told me of his travels all over looking for true Peach birds and manytimes has driven hundreds of miles to buy some only to find out they were indeed cameos.I do not own either color so am not the person who would know the diffrences.But if you buy from either Doug or Sid you WILL have PEACH,,and not cameos.

Has Doug had them very long? he has never advertised them and he has an add in our local wantadds nor have i seen photos of them on his facebook, but there are not many photos on his facebook.

Zazouse,,why advertise them when you have a waiting list a mile long? Don't know how long he has had them,,but I've spoken to him about getting some this fall,,hopefully still on hs list for this fall after they can be sexed

I figured he must just got them cause he has been running an add for a couple seasons and also i have never seen photos of them on his facebook nor any mention of them, guess he must have a different way of selling them than his blues,pieds,javas etc.. I was just wondering thats all, mabe i can get a male from him one day to bred with my cameos.
