I've got several peaches I've grew form seeds, however, the "tree" doesn't quiet look like a tree, more like a vine.

Is this what they should be doing?

Peach trees can certainly be grown from seed (pits), but those don't look like peach trees to me. Where did you get the seeds?

We have a couple peach trees in our yard, but in this climate, only get fruit every 5 years or so lol.

They almost look like watermelon plants.

Doesn't look a peach to me either. But I do like the shape of the leaves.

well my family has a produce stand so i saved several of the seeds from peaches we ate or put in the freezer. they were all soaked in water, put in fride, planted and almost all began to grow. I've got 16 of them like these. They are peaches but just don't look like it now. curious if anyone elses done this before?

Maybe some one played a joke on you and swapped out the seeds?

I have been pulling self started peach trees all over this week. Ours have all started with leaves that look just like a peach tree, just on a smaller scale.

I had to do a double take and ask my dad what he thought. He says those are watermelon and I have to agree. I've never seen a started peach that looks like that.
