not really. Is it tall enough inside for the chick to stand?
ok. Should I leave the tape on the feet??Peachicks can take a little longer, especially if they've had a difficult hatch.

WDYM? Sorry, I'm sorta a noob. What does your brooder look like?
Where are the hatched peachicks going to live? They need something with a heat lamp or brooder plate. This is what I use:WDYM? Sorry, I'm sorta a noob.
Whatever you have done in the past should be fine. How is the peachick this morning?Oh! Those! I usually make those when I need them, I dispose of them once the brood is big enough to go outside, and stay outside. I start with a large cardboard box, and fill the bottom with newspaper, and then paper towel. Then I place the food tray and a cup of water that is attached to the cardboard bottom, so it won't easily spill. Sometimes I manage to find the water feeder, so I put that in instead of the cup. I usually make a "bed" with ripped tissue too, when I have a brood of chicks. When I have the more successful peachicks, I usually give them some sticks, which are suspended in the air, and attached to the sides, so the peachicks can hop on them, and also a heat lamp, which I usually place in the corner for a week, until the chicks no longer need them. So, I think i'm good for now, right? or do I need to get a proper one for this peachick?
