Looks like a male India Blue to me because of the barring on the wings. On females the wing/back feathers are solid brown.

How old is the peachick? If it is a male wouldn't it have some blue coming in? I think it is a hen...

We have hatched a bunch the last couple of years and I gotta tell you, some of the girls lose the barring late. I see a lot of single barred feathers. I would not discount Blue Creek Farm.

I would still vote boy. Even with the different neck color.

I'm glad you said that, thought I was losing my mind, lol... I've got one that I think could go either way, but all of the others are very clearly male or female, it's just this one that's sort of stuck in between.

Oh now that I am looking on the computer screen it looks different. I originally posted that on my iPad... But the coloring coming in green. I may be wrong because I only have two IB peachicks that I think are males because of all of there barring. I am always ready to learn!

I was looking at past pictures of India Blues and I do think it is a male.

That's what I'm thinking. Besides the barring if you enlarge the second picture you can see some color coming in on his head. None of my females ever got coloring on their head. The male I kept started getting green coloring but it started to come in blue as he got older. He is IB white eye so not sure if that has anything to do with him getting greenish coloring before it came in blue.
