Peachick's Leg is Still Crooked Please Help

Thanks that illustration of the tendon location definitely helps. I still can't really tell if I am feeling anything on the leg moving. The chick chair looks good I guess we would do that once we have the leg in a secure way so that it is facing forward and not out to the side.

I saw that you can put a hock brace on them and we have been wondering if we needed something at the hock joint.

I just got the peachick to peck at some food. It is crying constantly.

Okay now we need help getting the leg to face the correct way. We have the peachick in a sock sling haha. We used a sock without a matching sock as the sling. Credit goes to my mom for cutting out holes for the head, legs, and butt.
The peachick is holding the messed up leg off of the ground. We lowered him so he can put his feet down. We still can't feel a tendon popping in and out of place and we don't see anything different except for the swelling. So how should we secure the leg so that it faces forward?

Now that he is in the sling and low to the ground where he can lightly touch the ground without putting weight on his feet, it is more evident just how bad his leg is and how he won't hold it down straight.

Minx I don't know how to link but I have my thread on Answer and his slipped tendon/twisted tibia. Not sure if it would help as he was a big boy when it happened.

Both of my posts about are on page 6.

I wonder why the quotes are being cut off?

I haven't had much time to give an update today. The peachick is doing a little better with the leg. It still holds the leg out funny but it can now walk and is eating and drinking. Every now and then I stretch the leg back. I took the peachick out of the sock for a while and then put him back in the sock with pipe cleaner around his legs to keep them in.

This should work:
