Peachicks lice?

Hey everyone, I had another question. This morning I have noticed that all but one of the peachicks is missing a lot of their neck feathers and skin is bright pink. I saw one pecking at another's neck a little last night but nothing major. Any idea as to why thus is happening? They all got poultry dusted yesterday.

The feather loss could be due to the lice. How are they doing?

They ar3 doing great. I can't find any signs of lice. Necks are still losing feathers. Should I retreat with dust in a few days to get hatched eggs?

How are they doing? I usually only treat if I see lice, but you could retreat if you want. How many days since you dusted them?

I dusted about 4 days ago nd the next morning their little necks were balding. Otherwise, they are great. In a raised outdoor cage.
