Are you not hatching India Blues on purpose? Just wondering.

Correct, we hatch a few IB splits but in general, we concentrate on colors and patterns as well as high Spauldings in White, Pied, and Silver Pied. We do a lot of Peach, Violet, Purple BS, Cameo, Opal, Taupe, Bronze and Montana.

I would absolutely love a violet or purple peachick, they are so hard to find. I love to see your success.

What does the WE stand for (in the one with a green tie)? Does it stand for White Eyed and, if so, how can you tell?

Yes, WE is white eyed, and it indicates what color the sire is, not the color of the chick.

Let me rephrase... The letters are what I call the sire or the pen they live in. For example, when the next batch hatch, I might have some like this:
A , PD, S, P, C, or R

For everyone reading this thread, all chicks with "WE" on their paper came from the pen where my India Blue WE lives.

All chicks with BS came from the pen where my India Blue BS lives.
