Peachicks

A couple pictures of my peachicks in one of my brooders these are 1 to 3 weeks old there are, 1 bronze, 1 white that is out out of SP split peach, 1 WE opal,these are from eggs I hatched from 6 little chickens, 1 Midnight and had one Spaulding sold it from eggs bought on here will have to look up name of seller know her as Kat and 1 SP, 1 opal and BS and white chicks from my eggs, You will see bands on some the birds these are ones I am keeping. My purples and my pieds have been selling as fast as I hatch them and get them to two weeks old don't like to sell any unless they are 2 weeks old the opal and SP are sold and to be picked up next weekend when they are two weeks old.

I sell my pied and BS chicks for $17.50 sell my white, purple split BS , purple BS, and SP I sell for $20.00 and Opal I sell for $22.50 at 2 weeks of age

So adorable... love the babies! Glad to hear you've been able to hatch and move them; have heard people have been having trouble this year in the heat, at least around here!

Yes I have had not to bad a year, set my last eggs in incubator yesterday will let the hens set if they want to with any more eggs they lay my one BS hen has hatched a few chicks for me the last 2 years. I had a two year old purple dark pied male in with a 2 year old IB pied WE hen hoping for a few eggs but she hasn't laid an egg was hoping to hatch a few purple pied hens but not going to happen this year as the male is dropping his little train just as 2 of my 4 adult males have already.


I sell a few eggs and a hatch a few chicks just try not to flood my local market. and try to add a new type every couple years. Working on a bronze pen for the future bought a 2011 Bronze BS male from Craig Hopkins and have a couple Bronze WE hens ordered from him for this year and have a 2011 bronze hen that I hatched from eggs from Jay Louden last year and have a bronze chick from his eggs this year.
