He weights 1.9 kg, 'Enrocure' says composition :each 1ml contains 100 mg enrofloxacin. How many drops/ml would you recommend?

can you get a 1 ml syringe? The dose I would use is 0.2 ml twice a day.

Two days past cessation of symptoms, but if you don't see improvement in 48-72 hours, stop treatment and contact vet. I normally treat 3-5 days.

Thanks so much for the advice - we started the 0.2 ml oral treatment of Enro twice daily and despite the fact that he seems stronger and is roaming around nicely, he is still open mouth breathing...we have no Avian vet here. Should I continue for a few more days? I have just tried to make an appointment on the phone with the Exotics vet at the Beaumont Sainsbury Animal hospital in London but the receptionist wasn't sure that could work!

I think he was quite a bit better but still open mouth breathing. Yesterday the vet gave him an antihistamine shot just to eliminate the possibility of a reaction to some kind of allergen. Curiously, he seems to have deteriorated over night. Much more gasping and considerably weaker. Any thoughts what else we might try?

No tube feeding, curiously he is still eating pretty well: Poultry layers mash(a little), millet, lettuce, banana and yellow corn... Quite a bit. He is still roaming but can't jump onto his normal purches much to his frustration. I am happy to buy him anything that might help. Any thoughts on particularly delicious treats ?
