Peacock like chicken ?

I have been thinking for a while if it is possible to breed a chicken breed where the rooster displays his tail in the same manner a peacock would. I thought of this because it’s something my sebright roosters do when they fight or when they’re stretching. I’ve added a photo that I found of google of what I mean. Not my bird

Fantail bantams have this type of tail, so it is possible:

I also had a sebright that would sometimes fan his tail, especially when he was running. It was pretty comical.

Very neat looking chickens. I also wonder if there are any LF that are hen feathered or just bantams?

Our hens with chicks hold their tail like that. It's a sign telling others to stay away.
