Peacock question???

I am thinking about getting some peacocks, buut i have chickens and i no they shouldn't be kept in the same pen together, but can they be lett out together?? with out getting sick?? It not an outside pen ether, i mean free range??

I have chickens in with some of my older Peafowl to help keep the mouse population down, you just don't want have young chicks together. Yes you can free range all your birds they may or may not run together.

Myself I would NEVER penned chicken with peafowl or turkey. Chicken can be carriers of diseases without harm to the chicken,but deadly to peafowl or turkey. Free range less risk.
