My Red Golden Pheasants have sinus discharge and swollen eyes. I am using Tylan50. I put a few drops in the eyes and inject it in the sinus area under the affected eye as well as a few drops up the nostril. I also use terramycin ointment in the eye. This worked with three of my peacocks in August and all recovered. I was reading on another post that LA 200 given oraly and Tylan in the drinking water was also effective. Can anyone tell me the proper dosage for LA 200 given oraly and the ratio of Tylan to the drinking water. Would that be a better treatment than the one I am using? Should I give the Tylan water to fowl caged near the pheasant pen?
