peafowl and bugs?

We seem to have an over abundance of nate this year due to all the rain, but the Pena's are having a heck of a time with them there dust bathing all the time, but there scratching so Mich that there feathers are getting pretty thin on there necks is there anything I can do to help!

Put a box fan in the coop pointed towards the peas, nats can't fly to good against the wind, should keep them blown away.
