Hi folks, we have a ranch in Florida where we specialize in breeding many rare varieties of peafowl. We have dedicated much of our time and assests to breeding peafowl. We are now looking at breeding some rare and desireable breeds of chickens. We would be most interested in chickens that have a high demand and maintain reasonable value. These type birds will fit the interests of our peafowl customers. If you have any suggestions of what type chickens we should consider please let me know, we would be grateful! You can see our collection of peafowl on our website to get an idea of what would fit us well. Look forward to your input!

unfortunately "lucrative" chickens are fad chickens. so you have to import, or buy expensive birds and they only have that value for a year or two. A few years ago it was marans i guess, currently it seams to be lavender anything (but orps come to mind), and chocolate orps have just been imported.
