Hi have a bunch of peafowls, they have started breeding. The first two clutches i put broody hens but more than half of the chicks couldnt make to crack the shells snd they die before coming out. Can someone guide what precautions I can apply?

Had you said they were in an incubator I would have told you the humidity was too high and the chick did not lose enough moisture. When this happens they did not have enough room in the egg to swing the head and break the shell. Being under chicken hens they were probably malpositioned. Make sure the nest has a deep bowl so the eggs are more likely to be pointy end down.
