Finally after two years my feafowl are breeding and laying eggs but the eggs are randomly found in the coop. She doesn't lay on them. Are these eggs any good if they had cooled down to outside temperature? I don't understand how people sell fertilized eggs if they were not kept at specific temperatures. How do they ship them?

The embryo won't start developing until it's been exposed to heat over a period of time. Until then, the sperm and egg-cell just sits in the egg waiting, and the egg can be stored or shipped. It won't last forever, though. After 10 days the chances of the embryo developing correctly decreases, though baby birds have been hatched from eggs far older.
