Peafowl eggs assist or not

Day 30 in incubator. Chick jas externally pipped and started to unzip the shell. However the chick has been in the same spot for 10 hours. It still peeps and you can see it's beak. Do I need to assist.

I don't know on pea fowl, did the little one make it? I know some chicks can take a good while between pipping and zipping and it's hard to pick the right time to assist.
