Is it just the one that's sick or do you have more peafowl and if so, how old are they and how are the rest doing? Have they been wormed? I would start with that and treat for coccidiosis as well. Do you have any medication on hand or can you get any quickly where you are?

I think with blackhead the droppings would be yellow but I'm not an expert on that. @KsKingBee @casportpony what do you think?

Most likely cocci, BH would have yellow droppings, the cream colored droppings is a sign of bacterial infection. With no background information it is just a stab in the dark trying to decipher the problem. If you don't have toltrazuril on hand it will probably not live long enough to get the meds through the mail. Two to three days after showing signs of being down with cocci is about how long they will last. If you have Safeguard on hand it will help a little. Keep tube feeding it liquids and Kaytee Baby Bird Food as long as you can.

It is 4 months old and it was with 3 other peafowl. The others ones are fine lively, eating and, drinking.

How much safeguard would be recommended for a 4 month old peacock? It was in a pen with 3 other peafowl and they are doing fine. They are eating and drinking and lively. It was just the 1 that was acting weird.

The dosage is the same regardless of age because it's based on weight so weigh him first and then calculate it. It's 0.5ml per kg of bodyweight for the 10% Fenbendazole. I would advise treating all of your birds. Here's a post I made recently to someone else with instructions if you need them. For the sick one, direct dosing would be better than in food. Here's an article about how to do that.

Can you get Toltrazuril where you are? Maybe you'll need to get it from a vet, especially if you want it quickly. You should treat the sick one asap. If any of your others are under a year old I would advise treating them with it as well.

I would also advise taking KsKingBee's advice to tube feed. Here is a good post about how to do it. You can also put any meds directly into it. That will get everything done at once and it will ensure the full dose gets into him.
