The first one is amazing!

Yeah Zaz, how did you teach that cock to jump at that mirror?

Here are some results from the photo-shoot today:

Frosty is a four year old low % Spalding white. Frosty is the alpha peacock and he enjoys napping in the sunshine and ruling over the other two peacocks with iron talons.

I can't wait to get my white peafowl. I'm hoping to get them in May or June. I will enter in my male when I get home. I'm on a school computer right now. :D

Are you getting yearlings or adults? I like to say that I don't like the whites as much as other varieties because they don't have any of that shiny color, but I find myself photographing them a lot. They are very regal and Frosty acts a lot more regal than my 2 other peacocks. I was watching him today do a very interesting side posture to a peahen and then he shook out his train with a lot of force.

Not sure yet. If the price remains the same I'm getting adults. If the price doesn't remain the same then I''m getting yearlings. She's selling them $40 a bird.

$40 For adults!? That is great! I hope you can get the adults. The best part about a white peacock to me is the display. A young white peacock is less impressive than a young India blue peacock to me but an adult white peacock is very regal.
