went to check on oeahens eggs and they were out from under the straw and out in pen eaten is this somewhat a on going behavior? I am so disappointed. How did they get them out and that far away from nest?

I'd suspect a raccoon!

I have a lone peahen that I have housed in a large enclosure at this time, I'm wanting to let her free range, but am wondering if she'll stay near with a peacock around. None of my neighbors have peafowl, and I have other birds around. Can anyone tell me?
