Peahens as a rescue mother of another peahen chicks....HELP!

She will probably peck the strange chicks to death. Pea moms don't handle strangers like chicken moms do. I wouldn't say they're quite as bad of parents as guinea hens but they're pretty bad.

Well so far so good....I put the heat lamp away from her into another room so I think they will be ok.....just checked on them tonight and the chicks are under her, just might be me stressing her out to get aggressive? I guess I just have to trust nature....
