Pearl X Jumbo Brown

I ordered jumbo wild eggs from Hatch poultry farms and 1 of them is a pearl coturnix that I will like to keep. What would a cross between it and my browns create?

Im not an expert, but from what I understand:
Pearl is falb-fee and italian.
Falb-fee (aka ghost) is a dominant gene.
Italian (aka gold) is an incomplete dominant (het is italian, homozygous is manchurian).

Going with that, you should expect
Pharoah - inherited neither dominant gene
falb-fee - inherited just the falb-fee gene
Italian - inherited just the gold gene
Pearl - inherited both dominant genes

The ratios would be dependent on whether your pearl is homozygous or heterozygous for falb-fee which can only be determined by seeing if all of its offspring inherit the falb-fee gene or not. If it is homozygous for falb-fee, I wouldnt expect any Pharoah offspring.
