Peas like to wander

I have a pair of pea fowl. They like to wander the property, but have taken to our neighbor's property as well. I realize I need to pen them. What do I need to provide for them in the pen? They roost in our 3 sided barn. I think I would like to enclose the 4th wall with chicken wire, so they could still roost there, but would be outside and sheltered. Any ideas? I don't want to sell them. Mr. Pea is just starting to get his eye feathers.

Chicken wire was made to keep chickens in ,not keep predators out, it would be safer to use a heavy gauge welded wire for their pen and if your place is not patroled by dogs for safety i would recommend burring hardware cloth a couple feet in the ground or make an apron around the bottom of the pen to keep diggers away.
