Peck injury help needed

My blind hen ventures just a little to far today and fell from the coop. It startled the other girls and she was pecked a few times. She has just a couple of scrapes. Do I do anything for them? (PS - she is molting and looking a bit haggard)

I would keep an eye on them and maybe put a little dab of antibiotic ointment (without pain relief in it) on them to be safe. Poor girl!
