Just be cause they bottle it.......
The juniper tar in there might be effective, but chicken don't feel heat in foods,
why you can use cayenne to repels squirrels from bird feed.

I never said it was the heat from cayenne pepper that Chickens don't like. Mustard and Vaseline isn't hot either and they hate that too...

It's the vaseline they hate....heat from cayenne and mustard are not needed

Mix it with yellow mustard and cayenne pepper powder.

Which is what I would do with a picking chicken that couldn't be reformed by space or diet corrections.
