Pecker the white rooster needs a temp home Upstate NY

Pecker is a robust White Marans rooster with the standard French leg feathers. He hatched May 11, this spring and needs a temporary home while we get ready to move our flock from Brooklyn NY to Greene County NY. He is currently living at a bird sanctuary in Rhinebeck NY but he has been there since he started crowing in August and she is tired of keeping him in isolation. If you would rather adopt than foster the poor guy I am open to any solutions that keep him out of the soup pot! He's a great rooster, healthy, protective but friendly.

Good luck finding him a foster or adopter! I wish I could help, but I live in a different state, and my flock has viral Marek’s disease.
