Pecking at foot

My "top hen" pecked one of my girl's foot till it is bloody... it isn't bad, but I was wondering if I could put a band-aid on it, or will that make the girls peck it more? Please answer quickly!

Blu-kote from the feed store. Turns it blue and the other hens won't keep pecking at it. If it is real bad, you may need to pull her out and isolate her. They will actually peck another chicken to death going at the bloody area. A small area with Blu-kote should be fine. Good luck.
