I have two eggs pecking at the small end of the egg. Should I help them out or just wait for a day or two and see what happens. They just started pecking last night. Thanks!

I've only ever seen two, one chicken egg in the incubator and one pea egg under a Cochin. The chicken hatched just fine, but the pea died about 12 hours after it pipped. If it happens again, I think I'll do what one of the posts in the above link suggested, drill a small hole at the other end so the air can escape and give the chick more room to move and I'll make sure that I can see the beak through the pip hole and break away the shell as needed.I have two eggs pecking at the small end of the egg.
