looks like she should be laying eggs already. Maybe she laid them under something like a shed.

We don't have any sheds and thay have been locked up because a outbreak of bird flue and ther is no eggs in the coop

I've never heard of a 9 month old hen not laying eggs and she is a bantam which matures faster than a standard. Maybe she is eggbound, you can try checking to see if an egg seems to be stuck.

She has had s red face for a wile how do I check if a egg is stuck and she makes a lot of noise

Have you looked behind everything in your coop? I found 5 eggs hidden behind my feed can one day when I was cleaning out the coop right after my first birds started laying. Another one laid her egg in the space formed between the nesting boxes and the wall frame. And a couple laid their first egg out in the run.
