Nice setup!

Thoughts on the areas without fluff? I also have food/water outside that the big ones eat so I don’t think competition for food (if anything I’d expect the littlest to get pecked). I sit and watch a fair amount and haven’t seen more that little squabbles.

Ehhh...... not sure....if they were picking pin feathers you 'd have seen some blood.
I'd just wait it out and observe as much as possible.

Without any injury/scabbing/blood, I would assume it's just their baby fluff coming out in preparation for new feathers.
