Pecking hen

Hi could anyone please tell my why my older hen has started pecking the 3 younger hens, she only started doing this from yesterday, if they are anywhere near her she will go for them,

One of them may have challenged her, and she is just reaffirming her dominance. If it is not resulting in injury, it is of no concern.

my hens peck each other all the time. they puff out their chests and then start to peck at eachother. they might pull out a feather or 2 but as long as there is no blood, it's perfectly normal. and the older one just want to be the dominant hen bc she was there first.
