Pecking injuries. Please Help!!

My chicks are around 4 weeks old and today I noticed two have pecking injuries from the others! We are aware it is probably a coop size issue and are currently working to fix that to give them more space! We were hold as long as we could til the neighbors moved some large dogs we were afraid would kill our chicks! How do I care for these wounds and how long should they be isolated from the rest! They are lonesome by themselves!
