Pecking or something else?

Hello, new here. I hope that I have the correct topic area.
I have 6 hens that I purchased in April this year & I'm also new to chickens.
They are all great and seem happy.
Free roaming during the day & large run and big omlett coop. That is shut in the evening.
One chicken has had this bullseye looking area on her neck throughout the summer & now going into the winter.
There is always a feather of hers in the nest box also.
Is she self pecking or is she being pecked. Or is she irritated by something. I’ve looked online but I can’t seem to see anything. She hasn’t any other areas missing feathers.
Thank you for any responses:)

:welcome It's a bit difficult to tell from those pictures, but my guess is that she is being over groomed/pecked by one of her flock mates.

Yes possibly over grooming. It’s tricky to show, I’ll try to get a closer pic.
It seems to be a tiny pin prick that is skin and then a circle of feathers and the only area that is like it.
Thank you for your reply 😊
